This women’s recreational hockey league offers a fun and competitive environment for players aged 19 and older. Athletes of all skill levels are welcome, making it a great opportunity for both beginners and experienced players to enjoy the game. All participants are required to wear full equipment to ensure safety on the ice.

Exact dates will be posted prior to the start of the season. The schedule will include a season start date, a break over the Christmas holidays, followed by playoffs and a finals day to wrap up the season.

Players are asked to specify their skill level on the registration form. If the available options do not accurately reflect your skill level, please select “Other” and provide a brief explanation. Teams are created by evenly dividing players with the goal of ensuring balanced and competitive play. Please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed.
